Recurring full-truckload pickups
For established programs, Blue Truck coordinates scheduled collections from factories, distribution centers, and import warehouses.
The Connected Mile
Blue Truck connects origin pickup, national transportation, customer scheduling, and two-person in-home delivery through one centrally managed furniture network.

Traditional nationwide furniture delivery separates the journey into a “middle mile” of linehaul carriers and regional cross-docks, followed by a “final mile” handled by local delivery agents. That fragmentation creates more handoffs, more warehouse handling, and divided accountability.
Blue Truck’s Connected Mile brings the journey back together—from origin pickup through in-home delivery—reducing unnecessary touches and giving shippers one accountable operating team throughout the shipment.
From your facility to the customer's home
Direct collection from a production facility, import warehouse, or distribution center. Pickup schedules are designed around shipment volume and production cadence.
Furniture moves through a floor-loaded network designed around furniture handling requirements. Barcode scans provide visibility as shipments move between Blue Truck facilities and onto routes.
Blue Truck manages delivery communication, scheduling, projected arrival windows, and day-of tracking. Customers can track via a parcel-style tracking page or chat with U. S. based agents via SMS throughout the shipment journey.
Trained teams complete room-of-choice or white-glove delivery, supported by photos, signatures, and item-level barcode scans. Each team is directly managed by central dispatch, with no final mile agents.

Traditional national delivery is often divided among first-mile carriers, regional cross-docks, linehaul providers, and local final-mile agents. Blue Truck’s route-based model reduces unnecessary transfers and warehouse handling, helping lower the risk of damage and delay.

Many national 3PLs rely on a patchwork of independent final-mile agents with different standards and processes. Blue Truck directly manages every delivery team under one operating model, with consistent service expectations across the country.

Routing, dispatch, customer communication, and exception management are coordinated centrally. Delivery crews remain connected to Blue Truck customer service and operations throughout the route, giving shippers one accountable team from pickup through completion.
Flexible origin and service programs
Blue Truck designs pickup programs around shipment volume, origin concentration, production cadence, and customer-delivery requirements. Pickups can be timed to align with our transfer schedule, and manifests managed by your team enable customer scheduling to begin before product has even been picked up.
