The Connected Mile
One connected network, built for furniture
Traditional nationwide furniture delivery is divided among linehaul carriers, cross-dock hubs, and local service centers or final-mile agents. Every handoff adds handling, delay, and uncertainty.
Blue Truck manages the journey as one connected furniture network—from pickup through in-home delivery—to minimize unnecessary touches and keep one team accountable for the customer experience.

Reverse Logistics
Returns that preserve product value
Blue Truck can blanket-wrap opened furniture in the customer’s home, coordinate exchanges and return transportation, and route qualifying pieces for inspection or repair.
Through our Indigo Restorations team, we can also provide specialized furniture repair and restoration services—helping recover usable inventory and preserve product value rather than treating every return as a write-off.
Frequently asked questions
Do you support nationwide delivery, including rural or hard-to-reach areas?
Yes. We deliver across the entirety of the contiguous 48 states - every truck-accessible location that does not require a ferry, and several that do.
Who are your delivery crews?
Our crews are owner operators that specialize in furniture delivery. Every delivery crew for Blue Truck is onboarded at one of two national training locations. Crews undergo a rigorous process that focuses on mechanical aptitude, moving skills, and customer service.
What kind of visibility do we get into the delivery process?
Our shipper dashboard lets you follow each order from pickup at your warehouse to delivery into the customer's home. Item location, barcode scans, as well as pickup and delivery photos provide transparency throughout the whole process.
Do you offer returns, exchanges, or reverse logistics?
Yes, all of our crews are trained in blanket wrap shipments, which means that even fully opened product can be returned in good condition to you for refurbishment or resale. Through our Indigo Restorations subsidiary, we even offer full refinishing services for pieces in need of some love.
Do you only do white glove?
No, in addition to our premium white glove service we offer threshold delivery (items must be professionally packaged). Upgrade your customers from LTL curbside and deliver an inside delivery experience with two person teams, in many cases at equivalent cost.
How do you handle scheduling and customer communication?
Customers are texted a tracking link as soon as you enter an order (or as soon as we receive it - based on your preference). Scheduling options are presented as friendly web pages also sent via SMS, along with helpful tips on how to prepare for delivery. If customers have questions, they can call or even text back and be connected with a live, U. S. based agent.
How does freight enter the Blue Truck network?
Most enterprise customers have Blue Truck pick up directly from an import warehouse, distribution center, or production facility. For higher-volume programs, we typically arrange recurring full-truckload pickups at a frequency aligned with shipment volume and production schedules.
For furniture manufactured overseas, Blue Truck also offers a direct-import program. Following port drayage, we can receive containers at our Los Angeles and Atlanta terminals from the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach or the Port of Savannah.
Do you pick up directly from our warehouse or factory?
Yes. Blue Truck can pick up directly from your production facility, import warehouse, or distribution center.
For customers with sufficient volume, we coordinate recurring full-truckload pickups around production and fulfillment schedules while aligning pickup timing with Blue Truck’s linehaul and delivery network.
At lower volumes, we’ll arrange pickups via Blue Truck shuttle routes, and will email you prior to each pickup to coordinate arrival.
Shippers also see upcoming pickups on their dashboard so that you can plan and manage manifests.
Can you transport both boxed and unboxed furniture?
Yes. Blue Truck specializes in both factory-packaged and blanket-wrapped furniture.
Most enterprise customers use factory packaging for routine outbound shipments because it is generally the most cost-effective approach. Blanket-wrap service is also available for custom pieces, antiques, opened returns, showroom samples, and other furniture that cannot travel in its original packaging.
What is included in Threshold and White-Glove delivery?
Blue Truck offers two primary residential service levels: Threshold room-of-choice delivery and White-Glove delivery.
Both include a scheduled delivery appointment, advance customer communication, a crew call-ahead, and live GPS tracking once the crew departs its prior stop.
Threshold delivery includes placement of professionally packaged furniture in the customer’s selected room, including up to one flight of stairs. It does not include unpacking, assembly, or packaging removal. Crated pieces and other items that cannot safely be brought inside will be placed in the garage or furthest practical dry area.
White-Glove delivery includes room-of-choice placement, unpacking, assembly or setup, final placement, and removal of packaging materials.
How are returns and exchanges handled?
Blue Truck can manage exchanges, customer refusals, and opened-product returns through the same national network used for outbound delivery.
Our crews can blanket-wrap furniture in the customer’s home, document its condition, and transport it to a designated warehouse, consolidation point, or repair facility. Replacement delivery and return pickup can also be coordinated as part of the same customer appointment when operationally practical.
For qualifying pieces, our Indigo Restorations team can provide inspection, repair, and restoration services to help preserve recoverable product value and return inventory to saleable condition.
What shipment photos and tracking events are available?
Shippers receive visibility throughout the shipment journey, including estimated delivery timing at booking, pickup confirmation, barcode scans at Blue Truck terminals, transfer and routing milestones, customer scheduling status, and delivery-routing information such as stop number and estimated time of day before the final delivery window is assigned.
Completion documentation includes installation photos and delivery photos, customer signatures, and item-level scan history.
Customers receive a parcel-style tracking page with estimated delivery timing and shipment milestones, a three-hour projected arrival window sent the day before delivery, and live GPS tracking on the day of delivery.
How is Blue Truck different from a traditional final-mile network?
Traditional national furniture delivery is often divided among separate linehaul carriers, regional warehouses, and independently managed final-mile agents. Each handoff can add handling, delay, and uncertainty while dividing responsibility among multiple providers.
Blue Truck operates the journey as one connected furniture network. Routing, customer communication, shipment visibility, terminal operations, and national dispatch are centrally managed by Blue Truck from pickup through delivery.
Delivery crews are onboarded and trained in person through a limited number of Blue Truck training locations and operate under consistent service, technology, and customer-experience standards. This model reduces unnecessary handoffs and gives shippers one accountable operating team across the country.
Can Blue Truck integrate with our ecommerce or order-management systems?
Yes. Shipments can be booked through the Blue Truck dashboard, bulk upload, API, or our Shopify integration. Available integrations can support quoting, booking, shipment-status updates, customer tracking, and delivery documentation.
What types of shipping programs are a good fit for Blue Truck?
Blue Truck works best with furniture brands, manufacturers, retailers, and marketplaces that need recurring regional or nationwide delivery.
The right operating model depends on shipment volume, origin location, and product characteristics, and delivery geography. Higher-volume accounts typically use recurring full-truckload pickups, while growing programs may begin with scheduled shuttle or consolidated pickups.
